Afton did an exceptional job, all the services that they promised to offer to my band were delivered. I applaud the company for being articulate and thorough, the way that they offer their booking service is ambitious. An agent, Amy Kintz, sought our band out and asked if we were interested in playing some shows in the near future. Before we knew it, an opportunity was delivered to us and we did not even seek it out. For a booking agency to do this is UNHEARD OF, especially without someone's referral. If my band had the chance to work with Amy in the future, we would have no hesitation in doing so.
Afton is the best. The only booking company thats really supporting independent artist. Afton can always call me or email me for show and its a yes. The staff is great. The venues are amazing. Every one is professional. They offer bonus'$. I can say enough good things about afton.com as a company or its staff and supporters.
I have worked through Afton through Ryan K. since 2014 and it has been a pleasure to be able to perform my songs on stage to promote my new CD! It is worth the effort to sell tickets for an event that I could never afford to rent out to have people come and hear my music. Thank you Ryan for this great opportunity! ******* ******* Gospel/Jazz artist.
Afton is a super convenient and rookie friendly booking company. They make sure to supply you with all the information you need and also check with you regularly to make sure all is good. If you come up with any questions, they'll most likely answer them within 24 hours. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my performance and I attribute that to Afton.
Afton got me my first gig at Studio Seven in Seattle, Wa. I really appreciated all the work they did for me in finding a venue and booking other acts and overall putting together the show. I was compensated fairly for playing and everything seemed to work out. I was hoping to get a 30 minute set but when I got to the venue I was scheduled for 20 which was not communicated to me by any Afton staff. The show manager was very preoccupied the entire show with I'm still not sure what (and still not sure if she was the actual afton rep as she made no introduction). She came to the venue 30 minutes after I was supposed to be present for artist check in. I take all this into account and I can infer that it was still the most positive experience I probably could have had in this industry as not many people are willing to do you any favors.
