Recently I performed a show in Stone Mountain, Ga which was booked through Afton LLC. They contacted me via email and informed me that they would love to book me for a show with a location of my choosing, also explaining how the company works (promotions, bookings, ticket sales, etc). After reading the email and getting a feel for the company, I agreed to perform and entered a contract with the company. They set up my online promotion page which I could customize with very cool colors/ images and the thermal tickets I received after ordering were very professional. Ryan was my booking agent. He was very quick in responding to emails and informative. He keep me updated not only up to the show date, but afterwards as well. The night of the show was a success. I mean it was AWESOME. The sound system was right, the microphones were not going out, the venue was clean. The crowd was supportive. The check-in list was right at the front with the name of the artists in BIG letters so you can easily point out where and who you are. The Dj was real cool and allowed me time to allow my other guests to arrive before my performance. I received tons of positive feedback and would definitely recommend Afton LLC to artists and vice versa. Shout out to Ryan and the whole Afton LLC team!
I participated in my first event with Afton on Sat. Dec. 3, 2016. Overall, my experience was good. The venue was a lot nicer than I expected, and the stage was big, which I loved. The DJ was not that great, and the sound system of the venue could be improved. However, I was very pleased for this to be my first experience with the company. =)
As a band starting out, we had a great time playing a legitimate venue in a laid back but professional environment. Being able to be tipped with ticket sales was a great bonus. They were very responsive and helpful throughout the process and eager to know ways in which they could improve our next booking.
