This was our band's first experience with Afton and so far it has been a good one. The booking rep kept in contact and answered any questions we had. The agent at the show was very pleasant, it would be nice to have an Afton rep at the shows to support their artists (such as making sure they're ok, etc) like a manager. But overall we really enjoyed the experience.
What's Up World, I go By *********. Recently was booked by Afton March 3rd 2016 for the first time. I was scheduled to perform at a nice bar called "Roxy Bar". For my first time being booked with Afton and performing was everything. Everything was professional. I received constant updates and emails For all good Causes such as reminders or any changes made to the show. When I arrived to the show where I met My Manager, She Treated me with nothing but love and respect. Allowed me to be my self also while keeping me updated on stage time or anything she felt I should know. S/o to *****I appreciate that??. And S/o To ***and The Whole Afton team. I appreciate the fun and opportunity.???
Was unsure about this company when I first received an email from my booking rep. Figured it was probably some pay to play scam or something since I had never been contacted by anyone before. Just played my very first show in a venue and it's all thanks to Afton. They specifically lay out everything you need to know before you are even signed up. They don't hide anything and they have really helped me form many connections tonight. Not sure what my pay for the show is going to be but quite honestly the experience itself and all of the support and interest shown from all the artists already makes it worth it.
These guys are really great! The company is created for musicians and ran by musicians! You can tell, since they don't believe in pay to play and have never charged me a dime for anything, even when they lost money on me. They are extremely professional and follow up with every question or concern I have right away. I would def recommend them to anyone looking to play original music.
