The evening went well. We had a few things to manage at the beginning but overall once the show got going it really popped! The crowd was into it and there was no down time between acts. *** and ****** did a really fantastic job keeping us posted and in tune with what the next steps would be for each artist performing.
Just did my first event with Afton shows last weekend. I have to admit at first I was alittle skeptical bout working with them..because of past experiences of promoters. But it was a great show and very well organized.. People were there were awsome and the place they picked was very nice. Also they provided me with a great booking rep who as been very help in getting things on point.Hope to work with them oin the feature..Thank you Afton shows for give us the opportunity to bless the stage for yal.
I personally think Afton Music is a great booking company, for starting artists. They are pretty professional on booking shows ahead of time, getting you professional tickets, flyers, etc. The freedom you have with them is pretty dope! The venues they book for you, are pretty good venues. These venues are actual places where music is played regularly, and people go there to specifically to hear music. Really awesome, especially if you are just starting out, trying to get your name out there. All in all I enjoy this company. Looking forward to work with them more.
Afton is an excellent source for creative artists who are interested in performing live locally and getting experience performing in front of a live audience. My show at the Roxy Theatre Denver, CO was AWESOME! Communication between booking agent and on-site show manager could be a little better and eliminate confusion before showtime. The sound tech was excellent and did all he could to make sure my set ran smoothly and comfortably. He provided me with a mic stand etc. The audience received my live set very well and as a response, a lot of the audience members reached out to me after the show. I would love to work with Afton again.
